Do you sell gift cards?
What are the payment options?
Paypal, Venmo, Facebook Pay, Cash App, Debit/Credit card, check or cash is all accepted. Please message us for further details.
When paying for your order with cash, check, venmo or cash app, we have codes available to apply which indicates preferred payment when placing your order . Please message us for more details about these codes before checking out.
Do you offer women's cut t-shirts?
Currently all of our clothing options are uni-sex in cut, however, we believe Bella + Canvas style shirts offer a more feminine and fitted look.
Covid-19 and Availability
When placing your order please know we do all we can to grab the
exact brand and color you want, but in March when the Covid-19
threat heightened, shirt companies switched to making masks and
they have not yet caught up on restocking all color and size options, some of which have been unavailable since March.

In light of this, a different brand or color option may have to be used for your design choice. We will be in contact with you if a change to your order is needed.

What is your return policy?
We stand by our products at True Joy Designs and devote our time into making you the best product possible. With this and individual customization in mind, as well as our care instructions guide all sales at True Joy Designs are final.
Can you make custom orders?
Yes! We are able to make custom designs and some of our premade designs can also be customized! Use our Let's Chat! feature to discuss custom options for your order.
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase! We love being able to offer this option so you can share your love of True Joy Designs with those you love.

How do I pay with cash, check, venmo or cash app when I order ?
What is your current turn around time?
Our current turn around time is 2-3 weeks for all orders. All orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis and are ready to ship out within 3-5 business days after your order has been completed or can be picked up via porch pick up with a 24 hour notice. If you need an item sooner, please get in touch and we will try to work with you!

Which shirt brand is softest?
Although we feel all of our offered brands are super comfortable, we have been told via customer feedback that Gildan Soft Style is the softest!
We offer both shipping and porch pick up options. Shipping is available and paid for by buyer with a pre-set standard rate per items purchased and will be shipped within 3-5 days after your order is ready. Porch pick up is available to locals for FREE but requires a 24 hour pick up notice.
